My journey into financial markets didn’t begin in a classroom — it began with curiosity at age 14, overhearing family conversations about “shares,” “stock market,” and “Harshad Mehta.” I didn’t fully understand then, but something sparked.

During a hospital stay, I heard about the Maruti IPO. With my father’s encouragement, I invested my first ₹5,000. That investment was mismanaged — I lost money. But instead of walking away, I became more determined to understand why. Even as a minor, I convinced my father to open a Demat account that I operated, learning through real losses. The market taught me what no textbook could: discipline matters more than intelligence.

I paused trading to complete my engineering degree and spent years with reputed organizations like ISGEC and BHEL — stable, secure roles. But my passion for markets never faded. I wasn’t chasing a career; I was chasing financial understanding and independence.

In 2012, I returned to markets — this time with systematic research and a hunger to do things right. I started with penny stocks. Again, I faced failures. But I treated every loss as data, not defeat. I stopped chasing shortcuts and started studying practitioners like Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Warren Buffett, and Howard Marks. I built my own approach centered on risk management, stop-loss discipline, and systematic re-entry frameworks.

The 2020 crash tested everything I’d learned. While fear dominated headlines, I remembered Buffett’s principle: “When it’s raining gold, reach for a bucket, not a thimble.” I didn’t panic. I used disciplined position sizing and risk management principles I’d developed over years. That period validated one truth: markets reward preparation and discipline, not luck or timing.

In 2022, I pursued an MBA in Financial Markets from NSE Academy — not just to learn, but to validate my practical experience with formal credentials. During the program, I noticed something troubling: students absorbed theories beautifully but had no idea how to actually analyze markets or manage risk in real conditions. That gap became my mission.

I founded Trading Seekho (Succinct Learning Platforms Pvt. Ltd.) to bridge theory and practice. After completing 15+ NSE certifications spanning Technical Analysis, Derivatives, Portfolio Management, and Corporate Finance, and earning NSE Certified Market Professional designation, I had the credentials. But more importantly, I had 24+ years of real wins, real losses, and real lessons.

Today, Trading Seekho serves working professionals, homemakers, students, and business owners — people who want to understand markets systematically, not through tips and tricks. We don’t promise shortcuts or guaranteed returns. We teach what most education skips: risk management, position sizing, trading psychology, and disciplined execution.
